J P Spinelli is a family run building company specializing in residential and insignificant commercial works. The founders of the company, John and Patricia Spinelli started the business in 1975 and were joined by their son Brad in 1993. John Brad takes a personalized and hands on approach to each project while Patricia handles the office administration side of the business. We have serviced Al bury and Wodonga district for more than 40 years. The Spinelli name is synonymous with building quality homes in the Al bury District. Giovanni’s son Bruno commenced building homes in 1950 and the tradition tranquil continues today as John and now Brad remain to construct in the district. John and Brad Spinelli have had a combined total of over 65 years in the building trade and can yield the uppermost glossy of workmanship and detail for your project. Over the years our apprentices have also won state national awards in carpentry. Our preferred subcontractors are listed lower and bear the backbone to the quality finish of our work.

These are top last lofty performance ovens built with an insulated lofty thermal mass allowing for both a retained heat method of cooking and direct fire hot coals method of cooking. Apropos for high end residential or commercial applications the ovens can be tailor made to suit any application. The floor area is rectangular with an arched curved roof. The outer of the oven can be lined with any material allowing for an oven that matches the decor and finishes of your home. The bottom half lower the oven is a hard metal frame cabinet that doubles as a wood storage area with double doors fore and back.This steel frame is powder coated to the color of your finest allowing a accurate match with the outside color handle of your home. The size of the oven, the base wood cabinet and the surrounding stainless steel bench can be custom designed and made to suit your specific requirements. Clay aluminum fire bricks for hearth(floor), side walls and arched top. 75mm mineral wool insulation around tangible shell to retain heat. Exterior cladding of your best to match the decor of your home. Double steel doors to fore back to permit for wood storage. One door with vents and glass window for firing stage of oven use. Another door for sealed retained heat cooking. At this time the fire has burnt out and any remaining coals pushed to the back of the oven or cleaned out. It will then be a flawless temperature for cooking wood fired pizzas.
