Our Units, include en suites with large showers and great water pressure. We also have available a Conference room and a Function room with the skill to Cater for large numbers. These can be old as portion of group bookings. For your next seminar or celebratory function, call us to discuss. Keaton Arms is located in the heart of the CAD and is only a concise stroll to the main street shops, restaurants, licensed clubs and cinema center. It is a two tiny walk to the SSA Club (ASL) and a five minute walk to Al bury Entertainment center. Although we are centrally located, we quiet retain a quiet ambiance that allows our guest to relax and appreciate their stay with us. All our beds have electric blankets on them. We donate rooms with air conditioning, heating, flat screened TV's, tea coffee making facilities, irons ironing boards, a desk, sofa and or table chairs, additional pillows and blankets in the wardrobe and some rooms have a telephone. A continental or cooked breakfast is available at an extra cost and is served to the rooms. For guests staying more than one night, the rooms can be serviced on a daily basis please leave the 'please service my room' sign out on the door knob before you leave the room. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. A baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the motel. Extra persons in a room priced for two are charged 10 per person per night. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the entire costs and have to be paid separately in the motel.
